Embera is an online directory that publishes advertisements for adult companions who offer their services in Portugal. Embera acts exclusively as an advertising platform and does not intervene, in any way, in any arrangements between advertisers and users.

Advertisers are independent adult individuals who contract exclusively for advertising space on the Website, by means of a fixed monthly fee paid outside the Platform for the inclusion of their listing. This monthly fee is independent of any service the advertiser may provide to users of the Website.
Access to the Website is free and does not require registration or account creation by visiting users.
Inclusion of advertisements is subject to application, verification, and approval by the Operator, as described in Section 7.

Any advertiser may request removal of their listing at any time by contacting hello@embera.pt. Requests will be processed within 48 hours.
Any person who believes a listing violates their rights, contains false information, involves a minor or non-consenting person, or violates these Terms, must report it immediately at hello@embera.pt. The Operator will review the report and may remove the listing preventively while the review is conducted.
The content of the Website is for informational purposes only. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, validity, or timeliness of published listings, nor their suitability for any specific purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims any liability for damages arising from:
The Operator holds all intellectual and industrial property rights in the Website and in the elements contained therein (images, sound, video, software, text, trademarks, logos, colour combinations, structure, design, and choice of materials).
